School operating system
Enter a child once, and admissions, fees, attendance, homework and reports all read that one line.

The hard part
Schools don't need another app. They need the eleven they already use to stop disagreeing about who a child is.
Enter a child once. Everything else reads that one line.
Most school software is a stack of disconnected tools — one for fees, one for attendance, one for report cards — each holding its own copy of the student list, all slightly out of date.
This inverts that. Admissions, fee receipts, attendance, homework, exam marks, report cards and the parent's view all read from a single record. Nothing is re-keyed, so nothing drifts.
What's in it
- Admissions and student records, with the whole history in one place
- Fees: structures, receipts, dues, reminders, reconciliation
- Attendance, timetables and staff records
- Homework, marks and generated report cards
- A parent-facing view, so the school stops fielding phone calls
- An AI tutor that already knows the child's class, board, subjects and weak topics — because the record is right there, so it never has to ask
What made it hard
Multi-tenancy with real isolation, role-based access a head teacher can actually administer, and a data model that survives real schools: mid-year transfers, sibling discounts, split fee structures, and a board changing its mind in March.
More of the hard parts.
