AI writing product
A writing app that opens on a rendered desk, then gets out of the way so the book gets finished.

The hard part
A 3D scene is a liability in a writing tool. It had to set the mood on arrival and then get completely out of the way of the words.
The app opens on a rendered desk with a manuscript on it, then becomes a serious writing tool: a full rich-text editor, chapter and story structure, an AI that drafts and rewrites in the author's voice, a ledger of what changed, and export to Word and PDF.
What made it hard
- Atmosphere that knows when to leave. The 3D scene sells the idea in the first two seconds and then has to yield entirely — nobody wants a spinning book while they are writing chapter nine.
- Long-document editing. Rich text stops being easy at novel length; selection, undo and autosave all have to stay instant at a hundred thousand words.
- A real product underneath. Accounts, subscriptions and billing, background jobs for long generations, and document import and export that survives other people's formatting.
More of the hard parts.

The Halden: a photoreal launch site
A launch site for a fictional Brooklyn tower: scroll from the street to Residence 9C, then watch the sun set behind the glass.

VARNIKA: a skincare launch film
A 20-second launch film for VARNIKA, a skincare line we designed and built end to end in 3D: a rose serum, a night cream and one continuous shot.
